In Caring for your Health, we make sure we contact you to find out how you are doing since you received Health Services at our center and continue with the medicine within three days, and if there is no good progress, the Health care provider will advise you what to do or return to the center where you received care to determine what the challenges are.
Where it shows that you need to see a specialist, you will be connected with the relevant specialist to ensure that your health problem is solved.
Emergency services and Ambulance
In all our Health services, we have professional service providers with training in how to care for emergency patients.
- We provide first aid services in various social activities to ensure everyone is healthy and when a health emergency occurs we solve it immediately..
- We have been cooperating with various stakeholders such as sports clubs in providing first aid in ball fields as well..
- In terms of Ambulance services, we have experienced and trained service providers to provide emergency services and medical trips for all patients we have to take from one station to another. We provide these services in all regions of Tanzania.
Facilities Environment
In all of our Health Facilities, we have a design approach that allows everyone to check in and out easily. We also have a good way of enabling disabled people to pass without any problem.
In addition, in our outdoor environment there is a large car parking area that is secure at all times.
